About Jasmine Caye
J.Caye formerly worked in the humanitarian field in Thailand for the Centre for the Protection of Children's Rights, UNICEF/EAPRO and the ICRC. After an L.L.M. in International Human Rights Law at Essex University, she worked as a legal adviser for asylum-seekers at the International Airport of Geneva, Switzerland. Former President of the Swiss Centre for the Protection of Migrants' Rights (CSDM) she now supports the Geneva International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH). She also writes for Le Temps newspaper hosting her other blog on migration and refugee issues Le Temps des Réfugiés.
